Ingredients:
- 1 cup DIVINA Mushrooms Marinated with Hot Peppers, drained, chopped (1 tbsp marinade reserved)
- 6 oz Goat cheese, crumbles
- 7 oz Monterey jack, shredded
- 1 cup Baby spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup Red onion, finely diced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F
- In a bowl, combine cheeses, reserved marinade, baby spinach, and red onion
- Transfer to baking dish and top with mushrooms
- Bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes
