Ingredients:
- 1 10 oz flatbread crust
- 1/4 c Orange Fig Spread
- 1 c Caramelized Onion Jam
- 4 tbsp Brie, sliced into wedges
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- chopped hazelnuts
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Spread orange fig spread all over flatbread crust
- Place dollops of caramelized onion jam over entire flatbread
- Assemble your flatbread by placing apples and brie in between dollops of onion jam
- Cook in the oven for 8–14 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over flatbread, add salt and pepper to taste
