Ingredients:
- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 1/3 lb DIVINA Roasted Red Tomatoes
- 1/3 lb DIVINA Greek Olive Mix, chopped
- 1/3 lb DIVINA Artichoke Quarters Marinated with Herbs
- 1 bag Shredded cheddar cheese or other cheese blend
Directions:
- Layer a baking tray with tortilla chips
- Liberally sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips
- Arrange tomatoes, artichokes and olives on the top layer
- Sprinkle a touch more cheese and bake at 350° F for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese melts
