Mediterranean Antipasti Nachos

  1. Layer a baking tray with tortilla chips
  2. Liberally sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips
  3. Arrange tomatoes, artichokes and olives on the top layer
  4. Sprinkle a touch more cheese and bake at 350° F for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese melts
