Summary

The FOODMatch Creative Services Coordinator is responsible for the operational management of our Creative Services team. Reporting to our Creative Director, this position will serve as the liaison for all creative requests and workflow, team scheduling, vendor and supplier relationships, asset and inventory management and archiving.

The Creative Services Coordinator will not only play an integral role in the creative production process, but also work with relevant teams across the company including Marketing, Quality Control, Sourcing and Purchasing. This role requires a hybrid of skills: project management, print/purchase order/production coordination, the ability to align stakeholders across departments and organizations, and more.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Project kickoffs & setup
  • Ensure creative briefs and requests meet department standards and troubleshoot as needed to gather appropriate information
  • Create and manage internal and external production calendar
  • Gather and verify assets needed for a particular project before handing to Creative Services team
  • Facilitate conversations with printers and suppliers (inbound and outbound) for print specs, file dimensions, print methods, etc.
  • Manage design team scheduling (kickoff through design delivery), status updates, routing, proofing and approvals using digital project management tool (Wrike)
  • Facilitate information between Creative Services team and cross functional partners
  • Proofread for brand/style guide standards and individual project details
  • Manage quoting, purchase orders and proofing for consumer facing retail labels and customer signage
  • Manages (with assistance from creative team) server file structure: ensuring consistency in location, naming, setup, etc.

Creative project types include, but are not limited to:

B2B Support
- Sell sheet, catalogs, training guides, labels, sales presentations, photo shoots

B2C Support
- At-Shelf consumer promotions (recipe cards, takeaways, etc.), CPG label design, branding, identity design, in-store display, advertising, web/social media, photo shoots

We are a hands-on team that works at a fast pace and is responsible for supporting a national sales and distribution network. The successful candidate will be eager to learn about the specialty food industry. A passion for food is preferred.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Have 3+ of experience in project or traffic management at an agency, creative services firm, or a related in-house design environment
  • Possess strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Thrive working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team seamlessly
  • Excel at managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines with a hands-on approach and positive attitude
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Basic knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Experience with Wrike is a big plus
