Where we grow is just as important as what we grow. Our product development begins with a search for a site that meets the perfect growing conditions for that product, taking into account sunlight, soil composition and micro-climate. We also select for locations where these products have been grown traditionally, like our long-stem artichokes from Foggia or our Lucque olives from Languedoc.

A Note from Our Quality Assurance Team: Our QA team visits the growing area to evaluate the raw materials grown there. They compare these to others from various regions and determine the most ideal growing location.
