While they may never be as perfect as Yaya's (grandma) recipe, our traditional dolmas are hand wrapped using tender Sultana grape leaves and filled with a mix of creamy arborio rice, onion, mint and dill. Serve with Feta and pita bread or warm in the oven with tomato sauce.
