Kalamata Aioli with Oven-Baked Fries

  1. Pulse olives in food processor until finely diced
  2. Transfer to bowl
  3. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne and whisk thoroughly
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  5. Serve with oven roasted potatoes, crudités or use as a sandwich spread
