A twist on a twist! This espresso martini is sweetened with Date Spread Not-So-Simple Syrup.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz espresso
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Date Spread Not-So-Simple Syrup
- coffee beans, for garnish
Directions:
- Brew espresso. Let it cool.
- Add ice and all ingredients except coffee beans to a shaker. Shake until foam forms.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
