Crisp and saucy flatbreads make a quick and easy shareable appetizer or light meal, topped with a couple of our time-saving Divina sauces. Feel free to add protein or your favorite Divina olives and antipasti.
Ingredients:
- 2 store-bought or homemade flatbreads, pizza crusts, or naan
- shredded mozzarella
- Renieris Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Divina Caramelized Onion Jam
- Divina Basil Pesto
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Drizzle each flatbread with olive oil and top with a light layer of mozzarella shreds.
- Swirl Basil Pesto across one flatbread and dollop Caramelized Onion Jam on the other.
- Bake at 450 degrees until edges are crispy and cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes.
- Slice into shareable portions and enjoy.
