Pesto and Onion Jam Flatbreads

Crisp and saucy flatbreads make a quick and easy shareable appetizer or light meal, topped with a couple of our time-saving Divina sauces. Feel free to add protein or your favorite Divina olives and antipasti.

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Drizzle each flatbread with olive oil and top with a light layer of mozzarella shreds.
  3. Swirl Basil Pesto across one flatbread and dollop Caramelized Onion Jam on the other.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees until edges are crispy and cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes.
  5. Slice into shareable portions and enjoy.
