Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup DIVINA Pitted Kalamata olives, drained, chopped
- 10 oz Soft goat cheese, room temperature
- 2-3 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Honey
Directions:
- Mix goat cheese until softened and spreadable, adding 1 tbsp of milk at a time as needed
- Mix olives, nuts, herbs, and honey in a bowl
- Spray small bowl with cooking spray or line with plastic wrap
- Add 1/3 of olive mixture, or enough to cover bottom of bowl, followed by 1/3 of cheese mixture, or enough to completely cover olives
- Repeat with remaining olive mixture and finishing with remaining cheese
- Chill until firm, at least 1 hour
- Invert onto serving dish, remove bowl
