Goat Cheese Kalamata Dip

  • 1/2 cup DIVINA Pitted Kalamata olives, drained, chopped
  • 10 oz Soft goat cheese, room temperature
  • 2-3 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  1. Mix goat cheese until softened and spreadable, adding 1 tbsp of milk at a time as needed
  2. Mix olives, nuts, herbs, and honey in a bowl
  3. Spray small bowl with cooking spray or line with plastic wrap
  4. Add 1/3 of olive mixture, or enough to cover bottom of bowl, followed by 1/3 of cheese mixture, or enough to completely cover olives
  5. Repeat with remaining olive mixture and finishing with remaining cheese
  6. Chill until firm, at least 1 hour
  7. Invert onto serving dish, remove bowl
