Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup DIVINA Roasted Red Tomatoes
- 8 oz Mozzarella bocconcini cheese, halved lengthwise
- 1 tbsp Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Fine sea salt
- Fresh basil
Directions:
- Arrange the mozzarella and tomatoes on a serving platter
- Season with salt
- Sprinkle the onion and red pepper flakes on top
- Drizzle the olive oil across the entire surface
- Tear the basil leaves and arrange over the salad
- Best if cheese and tomatoes are served at room temperature
