Ingredients:
- 1 cup Divina Roasted Red Peppers, sliced
- 8 oz Soft goat cheese, log
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Apricot preserves
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Mix cheeses together, season with salt and pepper and transfer to 5” x 8” baking dish
- In a small bowl, mix Divina Roasted Red Peppers with preserves
- Spread pepper jam over the cheese and bake until warm, about 5 minutes
- Turn on broiler and broil until cheese starts to brown, about 2 minutes
