Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Dip


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Divina Roasted Red Peppers, sliced
  • 8 oz Soft goat cheese, log
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Apricot preserves
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Mix cheeses together, season with salt and pepper and transfer to 5” x 8” baking dish
  3. In a small bowl, mix Divina Roasted Red Peppers with preserves
  4. Spread pepper jam over the cheese and bake until warm, about 5 minutes
  5. Turn on broiler and broil until cheese starts to brown, about 2 minutes
