Cobb Salad Sandwich

  • 3/4 cup DIVINA Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained, halved
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3-2 sprigs Fresh dill, torn
  • 2 Tomatoes, seeded, chopped
  • 1 Avocado, peeled, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 Eggs, hard-boiled, cut into wedges
  • 3/4 cup Feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce, pre-prepared
  • 4 Pita bread, sliced in half
  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, dill, tomato, avocado, bacon, egg, feta and olives
  2. Add 3-4 tbsp of dressing and toss until mixed well
  3. Spread the remaining dressing inside pita halves and stuff with salad
  4. Alternately, serve as a composed salad with each of the ingredients arranged on a bed of lettuce and the dressing on the side
