Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup DIVINA Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained, halved
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3-2 sprigs Fresh dill, torn
- 2 Tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1 Avocado, peeled, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 Eggs, hard-boiled, cut into wedges
- 3/4 cup Feta cheese crumbles
- 1 cup Tzatziki sauce, pre-prepared
- 4 Pita bread, sliced in half
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, dill, tomato, avocado, bacon, egg, feta and olives
- Add 3-4 tbsp of dressing and toss until mixed well
- Spread the remaining dressing inside pita halves and stuff with salad
- Alternately, serve as a composed salad with each of the ingredients arranged on a bed of lettuce and the dressing on the side
