Roasted Tomato Grilled Cheese

  • 3-4 DIVINA Roasted Red Tomatoes, drained
  • 2 slices American cheddar, or other melting cheese
  • 2 slices Bread, white or whole grain
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  1. Sandwich roasted tomatoes and cheese between bread while heating 1 tbsp butter in a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-low heat
  2. Press sandwich slightly and add to pan
  3. Cook, flipping once and adding additional butter if needed, until toasted and cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes per side
