Ingredients:
- 2 croissants, store-bought
- 4 thick slices of ham
- 2 oz Brie, sliced
- arugula or sprouts, enough to top sandwiches
- 4 tbsp Divina Sour Cherry Spread
Directions:
- Slice croissants in half
- Layer one side of sliced croissants with 2 slices of ham, 1 oz Brie and 2 tbsp of Sour Cherry Spread. Toast in oven until Brie starts to melt.
- Add arugula or sprouts and top with the other half of the croissant
