Ham and Brie Croissant Sandwich with Sour Cherry Spread

  • 2 croissants, store-bought
  • 4 thick slices of ham
  • 2 oz Brie, sliced
  • arugula or sprouts, enough to top sandwiches
  • 4 tbsp Divina Sour Cherry Spread
  1. Slice croissants in half
  2. Layer one side of sliced croissants with 2 slices of ham, 1 oz Brie and 2 tbsp of Sour Cherry Spread. Toast in oven until Brie starts to melt.
  3. Add arugula or sprouts and top with the other half of the croissant
