Grilled Artichoke Tapas Salad

This salad is a great starter to share or a light main dish for one, featuring labor-saving Divina Grilled Artichokes and Roasted Piquillo Peppers. We've done most of the work so you can focus on the plate.

  1. Layer plate with arugula.
  2. Top with artichokes, peppers, and cheese. Garnish with shallots.
