Ingredients:
- 1 pint Cannone Cipolline Onions in Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 4-6 oz pancetta or bacon, sliced
Directions:
- Preheat broiler
- Unroll the slices of pancetta or cut strips of bacon in half
- Wrap the pancetta or bacon around the onions
- Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil keeping the end of the pancetta or bacon on the bottom
- Broil 12" from the heat element until the pancetta or bacon begins to get crispy, about 10 minutes
- Serve warm or at room temperature
