Pancetta Wrapped Cipolline Onions

  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Unroll the slices of pancetta or cut strips of bacon in half
  3. Wrap the pancetta or bacon around the onions
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil keeping the end of the pancetta or bacon on the bottom
  5. Broil 12" from the heat element until the pancetta or bacon begins to get crispy, about 10 minutes
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature
