Ingredients:
- 1 cup DIVINA Gigandes Beans in Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp DIVINA Roasted California Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil, plus additional to taste
- 1/4 cup Fresh Italian flatleaf parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
- Pulse gigandes, garlic and olive oil in a food processor until mostly smooth
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil, parsley and lemon zest
