Artichoke Gratin

  • 4 cups DIVINA Artichoke Quarters Marinated with Herbs, drained
  • 2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Romano cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Fresh thyme, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flake
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Set an oven rack on the lowest position and preheat the broiler
  2. In a shallow oven-proof baking dish, arrange the artichokes in a single layer
  3. Combine the cheeses, thyme, and red pepper flakes and scatter over artichokes
  4. Drizzle the oil over the cheese
  5. Broil until the cheese is melted and the edges of the artichokes are lightly browned, 15 to 18 minutes
