Ingredients:
- 1 Baguette
- 8 oz Hummus
- 24 pieces DIVINA Roasted Red Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Basil leaves, torn
- Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Cut 12 one-inch thick slices from the baguette
- Cut each slice in half to make croutons
- Grill or toast the croutons so the cut sides are crisp and toasted but the middle stays soft
- Generously spread some bean paste or hummus on one side of each crouton
- Top each with a piece of tomato
- Arrange on a platter
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top and place some basil on the tomatoes
