Tuscan-Style Gigandes Beans with Tuna

  • 4 cups DIVINA Gigandes Beans
  • 12 oz Tuna, packed in oil
  • 1 half Lemon
  • Sea salt
  • 3-4 Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
  • pinch Red pepper flake
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Drain beans of water they were packed in and rinse with cold water
  2. Coat the beans with a little olive oil and place on a platter
  3. Drain tuna of oil it was packed in then arrange over the beans
  4. Squeeze lemon over tuna and season with salt
  5. Scatter scallions and parsley over the tuna and finish with chili flakes
  6. Finish with a generous drizzle of olive oil
