Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp DIVINA Roasted California Garlic Cloves, smashed into paste
- 1 cup Marinated Danish Feta & Olives in Oil, Pitted (cheese and olives separated)
- 1 lb Ground lamb
- 1 tbsp Oregano, chopped
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- In a large bowl combine lamb, garlic, and oregano
- In another bowl combine milk, breadcrumbs and egg
- Stir and transfer mixture to the bowl with lamb
- Add olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well
- Form small balls, about 1” diameter, while stuffing a feta cube into the center
- Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes
- Serve with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and olives
