Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup DIVINA Roasted Red Peppers, diced
- 1 cup DIVINA Pitted Greek Black Ripe Olives, cut into wedges
- 1 bag Romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried
- 1/4 cup Roasted garlic cloves
- 2-3 tbsp Caesar dressing
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, olives, garlic and roasted peppers
- Spoon dressing around the edges of the bowl and toss ingredients to lightly coat
- Transfer to serving platter or individual plates and shave parmesan cheese over top
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
