Sicilian Herb & Sausage Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water 2 minutes less than instructed on package and drain
  2. Slice sausages and sauté in 1 tbsp. of EVOO until light brown
  3. Combine pasta, sausage, olives and garlic cloves in a bowl and toss with 2 tbsp of EVOO until even coated
