Ingredients:
- 1 cup DIVINA Mt. Athos Green Olives with Sicilian Herbs, halved
- 1/2 cup DIVINA Roasted California Garlic Cloves
- 1 lb Orrecchiette dry pasta
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sweet or hot
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water 2 minutes less than instructed on package and drain
- Slice sausages and sauté in 1 tbsp. of EVOO until light brown
- Combine pasta, sausage, olives and garlic cloves in a bowl and toss with 2 tbsp of EVOO until even coated
