Fig Tartine


Ingredients:
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 slices crusty bread
  • 4 tbsp Divina Fig Spread
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • sea salt & black pepper
Directions:
  1. Drizzle EVOO on bread and lightly bake until warm
  2. Remove bread from oven and layer fig spread, ricotta and prosciutto
  3. Return to oven and bake until cheese is lightly bubbling and bread is golden
  4. Top with arugula, orange zest, salt and pepper to taste and serve
